About the Burlesque Class
Love Rouge, caters for Hen's and Birthday Party Burlesque Workshops where you and your friends can come and learn the art of “Von Teese”.
During the burlesque class you'll learn how to perform a seductive routine with one of our talented instructors who will guide you through a dance using a gorgeous ostrich fan.
Over a complimentary champagne cocktail you’ll gradually build up to the full routine, and leave feeling that little bit more seductive than when you arrived.
The Venue 
We selected an appropriate venue based on your group size and requirements.
One of the common venues we use is the decadent “Velvet Lounge” a private function room at the Beauchamp on Oxford Street (265-267 Oxford Street). Labeled "sexy as hell" by the Sydney Morning Herald the Velvet Lounge is the perfect private space for you and your friends to learn the art of Burlesque. With sophisticated styling of the public bars, including an outside patio area it is also a great spot to stay after your class, simply move upstairs and continue your celebrations. Given its city based location it’s also a short hop to carry on the celebrations elsewhere too after your class.
What days and times can we book the Sessions?
You can book the sessions any days (subject to a free spot). On Saturdays (the most popular day) sessions generally run from 1pm with the last session usually starting at 5:30pm. On any other day we are more flexible with times, just just let us know and we can arrange for you..jpg)
Group Package Costs
Simply Champagne Package
- Includes complimentary Rouge Royal (a special sparkling/cassis cocktail).
- The class lasts for 1hr and 30 minutes
- Min costs for this session is 10 ladies at $49 per head ($490.00)
- Discounts for larger groups
- Non participants are not charged.

Canape Package
- $85 pp and includes two complimentary Rouge Royal (a special sparkling/cassis cocktail).
- A platter of yummy nibbles and canapes will be served during your class

What are the minimum and maximum numbers that can attend?
Minimum is 10 ladies (for payment only, less can participate). The venues we use generally cater for up to 30 participants. Once you confirm your group numbers we will source an appropriate venue from our list of trusted providers.

How to Book or Enquire?
Please complete a Burlesque Web Enquiry form with the date and time and we will get back to you and let you know if your date and slot is available.
Securing your Booking with a Deposit
Once we have confirmed that your date and time is free we require a non refundable 50% booking deposit on the package you have chosen. Until a deposit is taken there is no guarantee that the time and date will stay free, so we recommend you pay this as soon as you are sure you want to proceed.
We calculate the deposit on the minimum requirement of 10 ladies. The Simply champagne package requires a deposit of $245. For the Canape package a deposit of $445 is required.

Other Useful Information About the Burlesque Classes
Getting to the Beauchamp
The Beauchamp's location (286 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst) is a short distance from Sydney City. Approximately a 15 minute walk from Central railway Station, a 5 minute cab ride from the city, or it is easily accessed by any of the buses which run from the City or Bondi Junction via Oxford Street.

Other Questions
Can we book later than 6pm?
Yes, you can generally book a Burlesque Session later than 6pm, however the rooms we use often become a function space from around 7.30pm and a 'bar tab" minimum spend may apply. If you wish to enquire about booking the Velvet Room for the evening please contact Gary or Claude at the Beauchamp directly to organise your booking. We can then supply the teacher (at an hourly rate) to come along and run your class at your chosen time. Please check with us that our teachers are able to do your time and date before you commit to the booking.
