Returns, Faulty Goods and Exchanges

Lingerie Returns

We are happy to exchange or refund lingerie which you find isn't for you. Please keep on your own undergarments when trying the items on. 

Postage to return the items is covered by the customer.

If you find that you do need a different size, please let us know within 14 days (of the invoice date)+ by calling 1300 797 684 or contacting us via the web form.

All returned items must be received undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all the labels still attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet these criteria. Refused items will be posted back and with no refund of the item.

Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Love Rouge please return it to us, within 14 days of the date of the invoice date, and we will be happy to refund.   Items other than adult products returned outside of the 14 day period will be considered on a case by case basis, with a credit note awarded to use with Love Rouge.

Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of the products in the Toy Box we are unable to accept exchanges of products in this category (unless the product is faulty).   Where this happens we will replace the product with a new replacement product (please note this does not affect your legal rights under the Trade Practices Act).

Please include proof of purchase (your invoice) and provide details of why you wish to exchange the product. Returned products must be unopened and unused, unworn and in original, sale-able condition.

Return postage costs will be at the customer's expense.  We accept no responsibility for returns which are sent by a non-traceable postage method and do not arrive at their destination and in such an event will not issue an exchange or refund. We recommend you pay the additional amount to send your returns via a traceable method.

Faulty Products

Any returns for faulty or defective products should be made within 30 days of purchase (unless covered by a manufacturer's warranty).

Before sending back your faulty item, please contact us via the online form or call us on 1300 797 684.

We can then advise you where to send the product to, as we may request that you send direct to the manufacturer for a straight replacement.
